We know there’s a big difference between ages 9 and 14! That’s why we run with two groups — one for younger performers and one for older performers. When working together in the same scene or dance, roles and challenges are differentiated so everyone stays engaged at their own level. At the end of the day, performers come together for an exciting final show!

KPop Demon Hunters Drama & Dance Workshop

Tuesday 30 September – $129

Step into the world of the Netflix hit KPop Demon Hunters. Train like HUNTR/X idols Rumi, Mira, and Zoey, then face off against the rival Saja Boys led by Jinu. We blend high-energy K-pop choreography with scene work inspired by the film’s demon-hunting adventures, for a confidence-boosting day of teamwork, music, and fun.

• Not a dancer? No problem! We’ll include creative dramatic roles so everyone shines.

• Want to sing? Let us know in your enrolment form and we’ll incorporate this into the day.

Key Information

Venue: Playing Field Studio, Barry Drive, Acton (between Canberra Dance Theatre and the Conservation Council). GPS to Canberra Dance Theatre and go around the corner to find us!
Hours: 9am–5pm (drop off from 8.45am; early pickup available on request)
Ages Accepted: 9–14 (mature 8-year-olds accepted if with older sibling)
No prerequisites: Suitable for beginners and experienced performers alike.
What to Bring: Morning tea, packed lunch, afternoon tea, water bottle. Please avoid nuts.
Costume: Optional! Children are welcome to come dressed up — we’ll also provide costumes and props.
Daily Activities: Orientation, warm-ups, team-building, drama and dance games, improvisation, character work, rehearsal, quiet activities (reading/board games), karaoke, dance-off, and a final performance.

Our Tutors

Budding Entertainment tutors are experienced and enthusiastic performers who love working with children to build confidence and skills. All tutors hold WWVP checks and First Aid certification.
